  1. ESCO Introduces New U-Joint Puller Series & Specialty Commercial Truck Tools

    ESCO, a leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of tire changing tools and accessories is pleased to announce the release of a new series of U-Joint Pullers and Specialty Commercial Truck Tools & Accessories.

    Starting with the New ESCO Pro Series U-Joint Pullers, these units were specifically designed for automotive, medium- and heavy-duty professional applications, ESCO U-Joint Pullers are the best solution when faced with stubborn, seized u-joints.

    Cast out of high-quality heavy-duty steel, ESCO U-Joint Pullers are manufactured to withstand rigorous daily use and deliver an efficient and accurate application. Purposefully designed to eliminate the use of dangerous, damage-causing vice and socket or hammering methods, the new U-Joint Pullers provide a safer solution while assisting in the damage prevention of joints, bearing caps, yokes, or driveshafts. Engineered to be used with a ½ inch and up to 1 inch impact wrench or ratchet, U-Joint Pullers are a simple, effective tool, built for easy use.

    “High volume vehicle service shops will encounter seized u-joints often enough for these tools to pay for themselves,” commented ESCO president Steve Dyer. “Our new series of U-Joint Pullers will be a major time and effort savings for technicians.”

    Designed for use on bearing cups with diameters ranging from 1.25 in. to 1.75 in. U-Joint Pullers are available in three sizes; Automotive U-Joint Puller (Model 40302) is recommended for automotive application, Intermediate Medium-Duty U-Joint Puller (Model 40301) is recommended for class 3-5 trucks and equipment, and the largest, Heavy-Duty U-Joint Puller (Model 40300) is recommended for class 6-8 transportation trucks and equipment.

Designed for a range of uses from automotive up to heavy-duty applications, the Pro Series ½ Gallon Air/Hydraulic Pump is built for the field, shop, and mobile service fleets.

    Manufactured with a lightweight aluminum air motor, the new Pro Series ½ Gallon Pump has the service professional in mind, capable of delivering 10,000 PSI of operating pressure with only 80 PSI of air pressure. Special features of this new product include a built-in exhaust muffler that promotes safety, offering noise-reduced operation, and a robust foot pedal that makes for easy, hands-free application. ESCO’s new air-hydraulic pumps are designed for use with a variety of tire service tools including rams, cylinders, presses, bead breakers, and jacks.

    The Pro Series ½ Gallon Pump is designed with a high-grade internal air motor for easier and affordable maintenance or repairs, while corrosive-resistant plastic components increase the overall life of the air motor and hydraulic pump. Manufactured with high-quality parts, the Pro Series Pump is built to last from a rugged steel reservoir exterior to the internal components.     Brooksville, FL, January 5, 2020 – ESCO, a leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of tire changing tools and accessories, launches a new Pro Series Bottle Jack line. These new bottle jacks were specifically designed for rigorous heavy-duty commercial application and range in size from 12 up to 30-ton capacities. 

     

    New Pro Series Bottle Jacks are equipped with a newly re-engineered super thick base plate, offering a stronger foundation to support heavy loads, allowing for precision control of the jack while lifting. The bottle jacks were designed with fully welded cylinders and frames, extending the service life and overall strength of the jack structure. ESCO Pro Series Bottle Jacks have a compact footprint, manufactured to weather the rugged elements found in the commercial truck, medium-duty, and agricultural service environments.

Fitted with a safety-valve and heat-treated adjustable extension screw, ESCO Pro Series Bottle Jacks are all designed with these features to prevent overloading and overextension of the cylinder. Each jack is sold with a 4 ft. swivel-end hose with a handheld push-bar air trigger, for consistent, strong airflow while raising the jack to load.
